By using Tempo you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence for apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Wellness, not medicine
Tempo helps you understand your training, sleep and food. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Recovery, strain, sleep scores, blood pressure trends, body composition and every other figure are estimates for wellness only. ECG readings shown from an Apple Watch or another device are that device's own result. Talk to a doctor about anything medical, and seek urgent help if you feel unwell.
Your circle
Circles are for encouraging each other. There is no tolerance for abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening or otherwise objectionable names, photos or posts, or for harassing anyone.
- You can report any post and remove or block anyone in your circle at any time.
- We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and people who break these rules, permanently if needed.
Subscriptions
Tempo Pro renews automatically through your Apple ID until you cancel in Settings, at least a day before it renews. Free trials turn into a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end.
