Tempo reads your band, your scale and Apple Health overnight, then turns them into one number and a plan: how hard to go, what to eat, when to sleep.
Free to start. Coming to the App Store.

The Tempo Band listens to your heart through the day and the night. Pick a moment and watch it answer.
Waking, 07:30. Recovery is worked out from here.
Sample heart rates, for illustration.
23:30. You fall asleep. The band starts reading your heart every few minutes.
No forms to fill in. Wear what you already own and Tempo does the reading.
The Tempo Band, an Apple Watch, or anything that saves to Apple Health.
Recovery from your own heart, and exactly what moved it.
Strain to aim for, food to log by photo, and a forecast for tomorrow.
Set last night and watch recovery answer. This is the app's own formula, against a sample usual of HRV 61 ms and a resting heart rate of 60 bpm.
Today's strain aim: 60 to 75
Each morning Tempo compares last night with your own usual, never with other people. Then it shows how many points each part of your night added or took away.

Hold the Body Pod's handles and Tempo reads five segments of your body: fat, muscle and water in each arm, each leg and your trunk, with metabolic age from the same method as the scale's maker.

Photograph your plate and Tempo names each part and weighs it, then counts protein, carbs, fat, sugar and salt. Hawker dishes come with the oil and salt of how they are really made.

Strain is priced against your own maximum heart rate once Tempo has seen it, and set against an aim from this morning's recovery. Below the aim, it says how many minutes in zone 3 get you there.

If you take a weekly injection, your treatment sits at the top of Today. A ring counts down to your next dose, one tap logs it with the site to use next, and the days after ask how your appetite and stomach are doing.

Every evening Tempo forecasts tomorrow's recovery as a range. After three weeks it learns how your own body answers a hard day or a short night, instead of using typical effects.

Pieces of the app as they work, not pictures of them.
Your heart usually rests at 58 to 62 bpm overnight, and tops out at 186, so your zones are yours.
Every number rests on your own nights. After a few weeks Tempo tells you what it has learned.
Each hour from 7 am lights up once it has 250 steps.

When you ask the coach, it is sent just the numbers it needs to answer you.
The Tempo Band and the Body Pod connect directly over Bluetooth. Anything that saves to Apple Health also works: an Apple Watch, a smart scale's app, a blood pressure cuff's app. When two devices disagree, Tempo weighs each by how reliable it has been for you.
No. The Tempo Band covers heart rate, HRV, sleep, blood oxygen, skin temperature and ECG recordings. A watch works too, through Apple Health.
No. Tempo is wellness guidance. It never diagnoses anything, never suggests a medication dose, and points you to a doctor when something needs one.
It stays on your phone. When you ask the coach something, Tempo sends only the numbers it needs to answer.
Not yet. Tempo is iPhone first.
